We went out on the ledge on the top of Sears Tower. This is what it looks like....

Dane and I went to the Cubs game Sept 12, 2009. They lost, but it was a good game and Dane loves baseball.

Went to see Julie and Julia...Great Movie. It makes me think about blogging in a different way.

Went downtown Chicago to the Harry Potter exhibit this weekend. Great fun to see all the movie props and outfits and wands. Didn't love the latest movie, but loved all the books.

This is one of my Yellow Pages Mentors, Sam Pogue.  I always had a soft spot in my heart for the wiser, older generation. Well, last week I attending the semi-annual Assoc of Directory Publishers Conference in Palm Springs California.  Beautiful resort and perfect weather.  The weather was perfect for those people who didn't have to attend the conference sessions.  But as you can see I was inside, but I was able to visit with one of the best "Good Ole Boys" in Yellow Pages. He has always been a great source of information about our industry.  Yellow Pages is plagued with the economy.  We are all trying to dispel myths and help people to know the truth...Yellow Pages are still getting used.  Even by younger people...ok, so we are hopeful.  We love the yellow page advertising industry and we had such fun in the Good Old Days. 

The best thing about my job is leaving it to go HOME!  I'm on my way again this weekend to UTAH for Mothers Day.  Here are a couple of the reasons why...

My grand daughter, McKensie, is a beauty.  This was on their snow boarding adventures.

Carter, my grandson, loves his mom.  They all had a nice day in the snow. 

My company had a Holiday Party, but I still call it Christmas.  We had a nice time.  Even with bad economic times, we are holding it together. This is one of my partners, Dan. Merry Christmas!  A little late...ok so it is February...Maybe it is an early wish.

Getting grief over not updating my blog, so here you go... My beautiful baby daughter, Brittney, has a baby of her own.  Baby Carson was blessed on February 1, 2009, the day before he turned two months old.
